Sprout is the friendly assistant that lives in the corner of this website. It answers visitors' questions about our services, free tools and learning resources, and quietly guides genuine enquiries toward getting in touch — all in our own voice and brand.
Its conversational brain is a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent that answers only from our published documentation, so it stays accurate and never invents prices or promises. We wrapped it in a fully custom front-end widget connected over Direct Line, with a server-side token broker so no credentials ever reach the browser.
Mustard Seeds Gems is a live online store for gemstone retail — a curated collection of sapphires, rubies, emeralds and more, with a heritage rooted in the gem region of Sri Lanka. We designed and built the whole platform in-house, end to end.
The store pairs high-resolution gemstone photography with a fast, mobile-first experience: a browsable catalogue, search and filtering, and member-only pricing for registered buyers. Built with Next.js and React and optimised for search, it shows our e-commerce capability from visual design through to production.
An interactive ML showcase that predicts each customer's 24-month lifetime value for a B2C online retailer — and shows why. Visitors browse a portfolio of customers ranked by predicted value, drill into any one to see the drivers behind the number, adjust their attributes with live sliders, and watch a projected value-over-time curve update with an uncertainty band.
Under the hood is a genuine MLOps lifecycle: an XGBoost regressor (test R² ≈ 0.84) developed and tracked with MLflow on Databricks, with per-prediction SHAP explanations, served from a scale-to-zero FastAPI container and a polished Next.js front-end. It runs for a few dollars a month while demonstrating real engineering depth end to end.
